Sunshine calls for something a little lighter. This season, our kitchen turns to fresh, clean flavours. Unfussy dishes with just the right amount of finesse. Think mussels steamed in white wine and garlic, pan-seared sea bass served with moules à la crème, chorizo & spinach, new potatoes & herb oil, and a dressed Caesar salad that’s anything but basic.

As much as they are drinks pairings, there is no restrictions on what drink choice they can choose. i.e. you could have two Hugo spritzes and one Apricot Coretta. However, the drinks included at this price are the drinks pairings written at each course (Hendrick's G&T, Hugo Spritz, Apricot Coretta).
