Step into the festive season with our Christmas 2025 Set Menu. From your first bite to your final spoonful, each dish has been crafted to capture the magic of the season.

To Start..
Begin your festive feast with our Baked Vintage Cheese & Rarebit. A golden, bubbling blend of rich vintage cheese, crowned with roasted hazelnuts, a drizzle of fragrant honey, and served alongside perfectly toasted sourdough for the ultimate winter indulgence.

The Middle..
For the main event, savour our English Wild Venison Haunch. Tender and full of flavour, paired with luxurious truffle dauphinoise, garlic & herb butter glazed cavolo nero, and a rich beef & red wine jus, finished with the vibrant sweetness of fresh blackberries.

To Finish..
Bring your celebration to a close with our Black Forest Fondant. A warm chocolate sponge pudding with a luscious cherry compote and silky chocolate cream ganache, adorned with gin-soaked cherries and served with white chocolate & honeycomb ice cream.
