We also celebrate our chefs through our annual The Chapter Collection Master Chef competition, where anyone from head chefs to kitchen porters or front-of-house staff can submit a dish. The winning dish is then featured on one of our seasonal menus, showcasing the talent and passion of our team.

At The Chapter Collection, we’re delighted to partner with Harry Specters to offer a delicious petit four at the end of your meal. Founded in Cambridgeshire by Mona, inspired by her autistic son Ash, Harry Specters is more than just a chocolate brand; it’s a force for good. For every £1 spent, 69p goes towards improving the lives of young autistic people and their families, providing paid employment, work experience, and free training opportunities. At The Chapter Collection, we’re excited to serve Change Please coffee, a brand with a powerful mission. Founded in 2015 by Jamaal, Change Please was born from his “rocking chair moment” and aims to make a real difference in the world. With every cup you enjoy, 40% of the sales go towards supporting homeless individuals, offering them opportunities for therapy, life coaching, and barista training to help them rebuild their lives.
