This month, The Chapter Collection's wine of the month is pouring straight from New Zealand. Spy Valley Pinot Noir is a crowd-pleasing bottle from the famous Marlborough region. This well-balanced, smooth red wine has aromas of red and black cherries, followed by a subtle aromatic note.

Few things are more satisfying than ending your week with a freshly cooked Sunday Roast. At The Chapter Collection, ours is all about fresh ingredients, cooked well. Slow-cooked meat*, crisp roast potatoes, seasonal veg, and Yorkshire puddings, all smothered in rich gravy.

Our mini roast dinners are every bit as delicious as the adult options. So bring the whole family, add a glass of our wine of the month, and it's a Sunday well spent.
