Hemingway Daiquiri
A nod to the author’s time in Cuba. Ron Santiago De Cuba rum, maraschino cherry liqueur, pink grapefruit sherbet, lime juice. A refreshing balance of citrus and bite. Our twist on the classic Daiquiri.

A great first impression
I had an incredible experience at the Marquis, with incredibly quick service, very happy workers and amazing drinks. I was served by Ashleigh and she truly made the night amazing.
Great for euros!
Came for the semi finals of the euros, wicked atmosphere, great seat, good view of screens, great sound on the tv’s, dealt with ques for drinks very quickly. Very accommodating when booking when sold out via email too!
